The perfect home away from home. Lovely location, central to everything in Cornwall. Welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home. Minor wifi issue was quickly resolved, and we were even surprised with a bottle of bubbly. Personal touches and quality of the cottage were fantastic. Our children loved their cozy bedroom and the upside-down perspective. Convenient store on-site. Dogs were friendly, but could be a concern for some.
Can recommend this hotel.

Lovely location in the Cornish countryside, peaceful and quiet. Allocated outside seating area. Ideal for families with plenty of room. Not far from beauty spots like Tintagle and Boscastle. Home away from home with all the essentials. Shop on site with a small selection. Good laundry facilities.
Felt so welcome, no reason to complain.

We had an amazing time at Brambles Cottage! The location was idyllic, tucked away in the peaceful Cornish countryside. The cottage itself was spacious and perfect for our family of four. We loved the allocated outside seating area, where we could relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The cottage had all the essentials we needed and felt like a home away from home. The little shop on site was a convenient bonus, especially for the kids who couldn't resist raiding the ice cream freezer. The laundry facilities were also a plus. Exploring the beauty spots of Tintagle and Boscastle nearby was a highlight of our trip. we highly recommend Brambles Cottage and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
The shower lacked water pressure, which was a minor setback. It would have been nice to have more power for a refreshing shower.

We had an absolutely exceptional weekend staying at a lovely little cottage in Cornwall. The owners were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. The cottage felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden space was a great bonus, especially with the lighting and heating. We appreciated the small honesty shop on-site, which had everything we needed for a meal. Despite a minor issue with wifi, the owners were quick to resolve it and even gave us a bottle of bubbly as an apology. It was such a kind gesture! we had an amazing time and would love to return one day. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this lovely cottage over Christmas and it was the perfect break I was looking for. The owner of the cottage was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I especially loved the upside-down layout, with the comfortable beds and relaxing lounge area. The views from the cottage were also beautiful. The highlight for me was the covered decking area outside, which was perfect for enjoying a glass of cider in any weather. The on-site honesty shop was convenient for picking up essentials as well.

We had a fantastic Christmas break at this cozy countryside cottage. the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the cottage itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely covered decking area that we thoroughly enjoyed, rain or shine. the location was ideal for exploring Cornwall and we especially appreciated having a great local pub close by for a pint or two. a wonderful experience.
One minor downside was the absence of a stair gate, which would have been helpful as we had a crawling baby and toddler with us. we easily overcame this by blocking off the stairs ourselves.

The cottage itself was fabulous - beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and very clean. We loved the upside-down living and sleeping arrangement, and the kitchen living area with its lovely views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, better than my own, and the communal sitting area outside was a joy to relax in, especially on lively evenings. The owner, Brian, was a really nice and friendly guy, always available if needed but never intrusive. We also appreciated the little shop on site, which had all the essentials we needed.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

We had an amazing time during our Christmas getaway! the cottage was clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for preparing our festive meals. the warm and fluffy bedding, along with the soft towels, made our stay even more cozy and relaxing. We also loved the small touches around the cottage that made us feel welcome and at home. And the best part was the outdoor leisure area which was a pleasant surprise and would have been great for socializing if we weren't so busy exploring the area. the cottage provided everything we needed and exceeded our expectations.
As always in the countryside, the WiFi was a little hit and miss. It wasn't a big issue for us since we wanted to disconnect and enjoy our vacation, but it could be a downside for those who need to stay connected.
